Week 7 Proves Lucky for Eric

Veteran owner Eric successfully navigated the pitfalls of a low-scoring week to prevail, with a 315, thanks to a lineup led by Minshew, Fournette, Jones, L. Murray, Thomas, Sutton, Tucker and the Patriots D.

Runner up was Trent, who posted a 306 thanks to a team featuring Cook, Jones, L. Murray, Hopkins, Gonzalez and the Patriots D.

This is Eric‘s first weekly win since Week 9 of last season, and Trent‘s first pay day since Week 5 a year ago. Congrats to Eric and Trent on the strong showing this week.

Honorable mention to rookie owners Dalton (303) and Nigel (302). Prior to MNF, Nigel was the only owner to score more than 300 points this week. Dalton also played Cardinals RB Chase Edmonds (59) as a wildcard. Edmonds outscored everyone else in play to earn the elusive 100-point bonus. (That bonus is reflected in Dalton‘s score in the overall standings.)

The Leader Board:

Week 7 shook up the early leader board, as former league champs TroyA and Kerry flip flop positions in the top two spots, followed by Tommy, Clayton, Trent and CraigW. It’s a tight race in the early going, and worth noting that Tommy, Trent and CraigW are a father and sons rivalry. Somewhere Tom‘s dad Roger ( a longtime owner in this league) is smiling.

Trent, Clayton, Jack and Major, round out the Top 10. Less than 80 points separates first from 10th in the standings.
