Beth Bests Tom and the Field

Week 7 could be a fantasy football version of Family Feud, in more ways than one.

For starters, Beth won the week with a 358, finishing just three points ahead of her partner, Tom. That should be the source of some playful teasing all week long.

Beth‘s lineup was led by Maye, McCaffery, B. Allen, Smith-Njigba, Nabers, J. Williams, Reichard and the Vikings D.

Tom‘s team featured Maye, Gibbs, Irving, B. Allen, Smith-Njigba, J. Williams, Kittle, Reichard and the Vikings D. The difference came down to Tom played Golden (13) to Beth‘s choice of Nabers (31) in Box D.

This is Beth‘s first win since Week 13 of the 2024 season and her second payday of the current season. Tom has his second payday of the 2026 campaign. Congrats to both for their strong showing this week. More on Tom in a minute.

Rookie Report:
In our weekly rookie report, Tao does it again! Tao scored a 338 and earned a Top 10 finish for Week 7. GregK deserves an honorable mention as his Week 7 team scored a 313, his first 300+ showing of the season. Tao now has four wins over his rookie competition, while his NFL Vikings are still unbeaten. Congrats Tao.

The Leaderboard:
The Family Feud theme continues with a shakeup on the leaderboard, as Tom used his strong Week 7 to bump his son Trent from the top of the heap. In fact, Jack also moved ahead of Trent into second place. And don’t look now, but Trent‘s fiance Christina is holding strong in sixth place. Let the feud continue.

The Extremes:

Highest Scoring Player: Bo Nix (60)
The beleaguered Broncos QB ran 62 yards for a TD and threw a 52-yard TD, as Denver blew out the Cardinals, but not a single owner played Nix. (I’m looking at you Jack and Jake.)

Lowest Scoring Player: Christian Kirk (-1)
On a day when his team was playing without its two top WRs, Kirk failed to make a single play as the 49ers fell from the ranks of the unbeaten.
