CraigS Bests TroyA for Week 9 Win

Two former league champs, and successful local restaurateurs, battled for the Week 9 crown, with CraigS posting a 363 to edge TroyA by five points.

CraigS‘ team was led by Wentz, Kamara, Taylor, Gaskin, Booker, Kupp, Pittman, Waller, Fairbairn.

TroyA scored a 358, thanks to a lineup featuring Wentz, Kamara, Taylor, Booker, Kupp, Pittman, Kelce and Gonzalez.

This is CraigS’ first weekly win since Week 3 of 2020, and TroyA’s second pay day of the 2021 campaign. Congrats to CraigS and TroyA on their strong showings in Week 9.

Scary Close Finish in Week 8

With minutes to play in the Monday night game, the winner of the game and our league was very much in doubt. The Chiefs win was enough to give me a one-point win over Trent.

My team scored a 346, thanks to a lineup featuring Mahomes, Burrow, Taylor, D. Williams, Booker, Kupp, D. Johnson, Pittman and Gonzalez.

Trent posted a 345, thanks to a roster led by J. Allen, Burrows, Taylor, Hubbard, Booker, Kupp, Woods, Gonzalez and the Bills D.

This is my second weekly win in the past three weeks, while Trent earns his third pay day of the 2021 season. Congrats to Trent on his strong showing.

RandyH Claims Week 7 Edging Former Champ

In Week 7, two former league champions battled for the weekly prize.

RandyH (league champ in 1998/2017) scored a 390, thanks to a lineup led by Stafford, Burrow, Henry, Taylor, Kupp, Chase and the Cardinals D.

Major (2016) was the runner up, with 383, thanks to lineup featuring Burrow, Henry, Taylor, Mitchell, Kupp, Chase, Woods and the Cardinals D.

High Scoring MNF Propels Commish to Victory

Heading into Monday night, only four owners were over 300 points. By the end of MNF with the Bills and Titans, all but five owners topped 300.

In the end, my Week 6 lineup scored 433 to win the week, thanks to a lineup led by Mahomes, Henry, Robinson, Dar. Williams, Kupp, D. Johnson, A. Brown, Kelce, Tucker, and the Rams D.

Michael, came in second with a 397, thanks to a roster featuring Allen, Burrow, Henry, Fournette, Collins, Adams, Chase, Kelce, and Tucker.

It’s my first weekly win since Week 8 last season, and Micheal‘s second pay day of the 2021 campaign. Congrats Michael on another strong performance this season.

Mike’s Unconventional Approach Wins Week

Mike, a two-time league champion, broke free of the pack by fielding a Week 4 roster with players the rest of us passed over, including Hurts, Heinicke, Ekeler, C. Patterson, Chase, McLaughlin and the Bills D to post a 399.

How many of you seriously considered playing those QBs and RBs in Week 4?
Just for perspective, 25 of us played Mahomes (17) or Allen (8) in Box A, Cousins (19) or Carr (6) in Box B, and 30 of us were on Henry (22) or Kamara (8) in Box C. Among the wideouts, 17 of us played Adams and 19 played Kupp. Sounds like it’s time for a new play list.


Trent was the runner up, thanks to a lineup featuring Mahomes, D. Jones, Henry, K. Hunt, M. Brown, McLaughlin and the Bills D to score a 388 and win his second pay day of the young season.

Sometimes it feels like there are only a few things you can take for granted: death, taxes and TroyA‘s uncanny ability to play fantasy football.
